Founded in 1947 in the Netherlands, Stertil-Koni has grown from a small workshop operation to the world's leading manufacturer of heavy-duty vehicle lifts. They entered the U.S. market in 1987 and setup manufacturing in Streator, Illinois — producing American-made lifts built for transit authorities, commercial fleets, and industrial operations.

Stertil-Koni pioneered wireless mobile column lift technology and introduced the EARTHLIFT, the industry's first "green" mobile column lift. Stertil-Koni has more ALI/ETL certified heavy-duty lifts than any other manufacturer.
