SLE Technologies, Inc. Announces New Organizational Evolution to Drive Future Growth

INDIANAPOLIS – A Midwest powerhouse in automotive equipment sales and service, SLE Technologies, Inc., announces a team transformation initiative aimed at strengthening the company’s foundations. This move marks an exciting new chapter in the company’s journey of growth in heavy-duty and commercial automotive equipment. 

The Maxwell, Indiana-based business has seen rapid growth in the last five years, warranting increased clarity in leadership roles and processes. In addition to adopting a new business operation system, SLE Technologies, Inc., announced the role changes of Chris Susott and Jason Anderson to key leadership positions: Susott as CEO and Anderson as President.

As CEO, Mr. Susott will continue to look for opportunities for expansion, ensuring the organization’s success by balancing financial performance, innovation, and strategic partnerships. Mr. Anderson, as President, will refine his focus on leading company-wide operations to achieve identified performance goals. 

“With five locations and exclusive territory in six states and growing, it became evident we needed to craft an appropriately robust blueprint for the future,” Susott said. “The new organizational structure reflects SLE’s commitment to focusing on our customers’ success.” 

Mr. Susott previously served as President of the company and nurtured growth across the Midwest, expanding the business from Indiana to Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Jason Anderson, one of the nation’s foremost experts in heavy-duty and automotive equipment products, started in the Service department, leading the build-out of field operations for the heavy-duty market before assuming key management roles in both Sales and Service. Most recently, Mr. Anderson has served as General Manager of SLE, charged with overseeing daily operations of the enterprise.

These changes reflect SLE’s commitment to a corporate structure that supports aggressive yet sustainable growth and long-term success for its customers.
